2. Make a stew

I've made a stew before but this time I wanted to make a proper one with lots of good ingredients that will make my crohns tummy happy! Before work this morning I came down earlier than usual and got the slow cooker out ready to chuck all the bits in. This stew I used beef, suede, carrot, parsnip, potato, onion and a stock cube and thats it! I left it in for about 8 hours and then served it up with some rice and it was delicious!
